		<description>Don't forget that most phones have camera's, so we should ban them all. Also, people can &lt;em&gt;look&lt;/em&gt; at the guards, so we probably should require everybody to start wearing blindfolds all the time, just to be sure!</description>

		<description>I visited Paris last September, and in 3 days I took about 1000 pictures (about 400 was discarded later.). I must have been suspicious taking about 12 pictures of the guards in front of the home of the President.

And we know that terrorists sometimes have meetings, so we should report when we see more than 1 people standing and talkng - maybe they are plotting something.
And of course people talking on phones are suspicious too.</description>
