DEC Answers Leap Year Complaint

In the good old days, a question to tech support got you a exhaustingly correct answer.

  2. But notice that this was version 3.2 of VMS and the date of the SPR was 1983. By the time that that the year 2000 rolled around and this was an issue (and actually well before that) VMS (actually the name had changed to OpenVMS) had corrected the algorithm.
