On 1st glance yes, but according to an article in a reasonably reliable newspaper (NRC or Leeuwarder Courant if i recall correctly) watching a soccer game leads to a very high stress level. So from that perspective it’s probably not to bad an idea. And you’re most likely not allowed to smoke or consume alcohol there…..
