Latin American leaders assail U.S. drug ‘market’

“Market options” is diplomatic code for decriminalization.

  1. Seems like “regulatory options” would be the code for decriminalization but in any case what other option besides decrim would there be? Seems like the market option is working right now to send boatloads of cash to the criminals.
