Even though he started this willingly, when he got an outcome that he didn’t like, he took the easy way out and the people who were depending on him (his paid staff) obviously mean either nothing to him or less than his own selfish desires. He should be forced to undergo a waiting period and be forced to meet and interview every one of his paid staff before he is allowed to just stop the process.
