Mitt Romney has been frustratingly tight-lipped about his search for a running mate thus far, but his wife isn’t as guarded. In an interview with CBS News that was broadcast Thursday, Ann Romney leaked that her husband’s campaign is considering choosing a female vice presidential candidate.

Oh, pleeeeaase pick Michelle Bachmann!

  1. You are a cruel man, John. Cruel, but fair.

  2. Cruel can be fair? Hmm, I’ll have to ponder that.

Meanwhile, I’m going to stay over here in my comfort zone thinking that Bachmann would not join a Mormon-led ticket.

  3. Why not? Think of the book deals she could get after the election!

  4. @Desiato: You’re probably right. Thing I don’t get about Christians, they apparently hate other Christians more than anyone. As my second Monty Python quote: “Splitters!”
