It’s even worse. Not only are the runners-up either very suspected, accused or confessed of doping use, so are many of the riders that follow. In some cases, the first ‘probable’ clean one has finished in 8th place. Of course it was too good to be true, that the only clean one among them should win all these races and be so much better than the rest – that’s onion news. But to take those titles away seems odd, because he was among equals – they were all doped up – and still he won. Why not give the doping doctor who got it just right a prize here?
