The lawsuit alleges that Cecil Singleton, then 15 and now an adult claming “adverse psychological and emotional effects,” was persuaded by Clash to meet for sexual encounters. The lawsuit seeks more than $5 million in damages.

Manchester, New Hampshire lawyer Lisa Biron is associated with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group of reactionary Christian attorneys lawyers pressing litigation to curb reproductive rights and block the freedom to marry, reports the Concord Monitor.

Biron was arrested by the FBI on Friday for taking a teenage girl to Canada and coercing her to engage in sex on camera. She faces charges of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, possession of child pornography and five counts of sexual exploitation of children.
