Iowa court: Bosses can fire ‘irresistible’ workers

Presumably the same thing would have happened if the assistant was male. Atrocious behaviour, not sex discrimination. The decent thing would be to say goodbye, pay the lady and give her a good reference. Either wife or dental assistant.
