   John, I will be frank. Those message in dutch are a pain.

   1- your public is mostly english speaking
   2- a dutch language message pushes me (and most of us I think) to open an online translator ad convert it to english or to ours native language… often getting the meaning but with a few funny results in the middle
   3- I understand the category “personal”, but
   3a- if you write it on the blog, it is no more personal
   3b- most of them are not strictly personal issues
   3c- they are often interesting too.
   4- this message in particular quite hit the target; I had the same problems in my country with two national providers (solved with vodafone too)
